Rememo 1.0.4
Full Changelog: 1.0.3...1.0.4
Rememo 1.0.3
Rememo 1.0.2
Rememo 1.0.2 — a smoother move for users coming from the old Memos plugin.
Coming from Memos?
Memos wrote memos in an older line format, which Rememo does not render. Your notes were never lost — but until now nothing said so.
- A banner appears in the feed whenever legacy-format memos are detected: "Your old memos are still here". One click opens the data health check, where a single button converts them into card blocks — with an automatic backup of every file before anything is written.
- The data health check is now fully localized — its buttons, statuses and rule explanations are no longer Chinese-only.
- The README gained a "Coming from the Memos plugin?" section covering the whole migration path.
Also
- A rendering error no longer leaves a blank page: the view shows the error message with a Try again button.
Requires Obsidian 1.7.2 or newer. All release assets carry build provenance attestations.

Rememo 1.0.1
Rememo 1.0.1 — review-feedback release.
First submission to the community plugin directory came back with a list of required fixes; all blocking issues are now resolved.
Fixed
- Share as image: the dark-theme background never applied — a runtime
TypeErroraborted the export path. Also, remote images could never be fetched (opaquefetchresponse); they now load via Obsidian'srequestUrl. - Removed an unused listener and other dead code that the review flagged.
- Internal cleanup across the plugin (DOM building, timers, type safety) to follow the community review's guidelines; no behaviour changes intended.
Notes
- Requires Obsidian 1.7.2 or newer (previously 1.5.0).
- Build provenance attestations are attached to the release assets.

Rememo 1.0.0
Rememo 1.0.0 — first public release. Previously known as Memos Plus; a heavily rewritten fork of Obsidian-Memos.
Capture fleeting thoughts straight into your daily notes. Every memo is a card block in your own note files — plain Markdown, no private database.
Highlights
- Native-feeling editor — built on Obsidian's own editor kernel: typing, IME, undo, live rendering of
==highlights==,#tagsand[[wikilinks]].Enter(orCtrl/Cmd+Enter) sends. - Card feed — memos from your daily notes rendered as a paginated card list; filter by text, tag, saved query or date; heat map and tag tree in the sidebar.
- Task cards — a two-segment slider next to the send button switches between plain memos and tasks, and follows the card's type when you edit it; tick the checkbox on the card to complete it.
- Tags — chips gathered at the card bottom or kept inline (a setting); click any tag to filter; flat or tree view in the sidebar.
- References —
[@label](note#^id)links one memo to another; replies are just reference cards, gathered under the memo they answer. - Recycle bin — deleting is a soft delete (a
deletedAtmarker stays in your note); restore or purge from the bin, with optional auto-clean for entries older than 7/30/90/180 days. - Send sound — an optional card-deal "whoosh" when a memo is sent; use the built-in sound or your own audio file, with a volume slider.
- Share as image — export a single card or a whole day as an image.
- Data health check — a built-in audit that repairs anomalies and migrates the old single-line format into card blocks, with automatic backups.
- Mobile support — works on phones and tablets.
Notes
- Requires Obsidian 1.5.0 or newer.
- Rememo only reads and writes memos under your configured Memo heading (default
## Memo) — everything else in your notes is left untouched. - Docs: English · 中文
Feedback and issues are welcome — enjoy!
