Bootable OpCore-Simplify USB for machines without an OS.

I’d like to suggest an optional bootable version of OpCore-Simplify that runs directly from a USB stick.

The idea is a small live environment that can:

Boot on the target hardware

Run OpCore-Simplify in a preconfigured environment

Detect hardware, generate OpenCore EFI, and optionally help build the macOS installer USB

This would help users who only have the target machine (no second PC), or whose OS is broken/unavailable, and would reduce issues with dependencies on Windows/macOS.
