Open-source polish: CSP, bundle id, attribution, gitignore

- Set a restrictive Content-Security-Policy (was null)
- Change bundle identifier to io.github.lzitser23.quad (owned namespace)
- Add THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md crediting Aceternity UI
- Scope the *.png ignore rule to repo root so app icons/screenshots aren't silently dropped
