Adding Notes

(To be updated...)

• Notes can be added to Block on ad hoc basis.
• Should be added in a file notes.txt at the Block level of the folder hierarchy (old)
  • Now it goes into Metadata folder (or comparable?)
• (old) notes.txt format was:

META_VARIABLE_1 | META VALUE 1
META_VARIABLE_2 | META VALUE 2
   .
   .
   .
META_VARIABLE_K | META VALUE K

For example
