Add UI Entry to Save Session Recording to File

Hi everyone,

Since we only need to replace the rtmpsink plugin with the filesink to save session recordings to a file, why don't we introduce a dedicated entry in the UI frontend to streamline this configuration?

This modification would provide users with a straightforward interface to save session recordings to a file without requiring manual pipeline adjustments.

For me now, I manually made this modification in Env and fill the url field with the file path to save to.

This seems as an easy way to add a new feature. But since the current client is pending rewrite to Vue3 as Vue2 is EOL, there are not currently planned new features.
