Fixes from the first overnight run. An item blocked on another no longer counts as running, so sessions end without --force and the driver stops on the ledger. Bookkeeping no longer counts as progress. discover names open lanes, lists marker locations, skips finished suggestions and walks the repo once. sync frees items whose question set is fully closed. hold takes --person; wait-human registers its set.
