Using ES6 syntax before any intro to ES6

The workshop is great as an introduction to more advanced array methods but the examples are using arrow functions when the students are still not familiar with ES6 syntax (because Testing week was moved to week 3...) . Maybe we could change the examples to use ES5 syntax instead?
