EchoRest works with DEV_PID_MANDARIN and DEV_PID_M_AND_E but not DEV_PID_ENGLISH #89

Describe the bug
English always returns {"err_msg":"recognition error.","err_no":3307,"sn":"680456924651744942049"}
recognition error.
Mandarin and M_AND_E return without errors.
To reproduce
EchoRest example, just changing DEV_PID_MANDARIN to DEV_PID_ENGLISH
