M5StickS3 `M5.Power.powerOff()` doesn't power off

Version: 0.2.13
Platform: M5StickS3

When you call:
```
M5.Power.powerOff();
```
the device powers off then immediately restarts due to a timer wake source.

I believe the M5PM1 PMIC should have the ability to actually cut the power.
