RetroConsole: improve or replace?

Description

RetroConsole is licensed GPL-with-exception.

Initially it also felt like it was maybe not functional enough to use, but a few changes to our vendored version and it's fine now.

Implementation

I hope the m68k MicroPython community will implement this feature
