Testing

1. Install Apache Web Server
2. Copy files to folder /Library/WebServer/Documents
3. Run Apache server
4. Test from http://localhost on a Web browser

Testing on Mac

1. Copy files folder to /Library/WebServer/Documents
2. Open Terminal
3. Start Apache server: $ sudo apachectl start
4. Open Safari using URL http://localhost
