BUTTON: On action type "open" please add a new option to choose where the link should be opened

Describe the Feature you'd Like

There should be an option to select where a "[[link]]" is opened on click.

1. option: The behavior as is. The file opens in a new tab. ✅
2. option: The related link behaves like a normal link. The file opens in the same pane.❌

Possibly there are more options which are helpful like "open in new window" oder "choose browser" for external links.

i have tested the feature via BRAT installation and it works well. Thanks for the fast implementation.
Can you implement it on 'create note from template' action as well?
