Learn about vigilant mode. 
Broaden the PAGO: folio-filtering condition to match any PAGO: prefix
instead of listing specific variants. This fixes PAGO:DE SUELDOS
transactions where the 10-digit folio was being treated as an amount.

Bump version to 0.9.2.
