Update cangen file generation

Following resolution of this issue macformula/racecar#154, the macformula/cangen/cangen.sh script will be broken as not all dbcs will be in the same folder.

Consider adding a .yaml or a .json to list all of the relevant dbc paths. Overall this improves the robutness of the script so it may be worth doing before resolution of the aformentioned issue.
