Curate bookmarks: real titles, descriptions, tags, grades
Rewrote every link with a title that is not bookmarklet debris, a one-line
description of what the page actually is, 2-4 topic tags, a category
(work/music/fun/life) and an A-F usefulness grade.
Added navigation: Home TOC with month table, Best-Of, Index-by-Tag,
Index-by-Category, For-Maciek, Dead-Links, Noise, Index-All-Years, _Footer.
Month pages regenerated; topic pages kept their prose.
Unreachable pages were re-fetched in a real Chrome, and genuinely dead ones
read from the Wayback Machine where a snapshot existed.
Generated by _framework/wiki_curator in the-template.
Previous state is tagged pre-curator.
