Update the 'e' hotkey registration to use canAccessEntityList() instead of isViewingList() in its canExecuteKeyDownHandler. This allows mark-done to work from inside a block in a split view, matching the behavior of j and k navigation hotkeys. Co-authored-by: peter.chinman <peter.chinman@gmail.com>
