chore(app): consolidate service clients

This is one of many pr's, goal being to expunge service-clients of any reactive logic unrelated to interacting with services.

• Moves all service clients into a single package.
• Removes duplicated package.json's and tsconfigs.
• centralizes orval.config.ts into a single config.
• fixes a bunch of broken imports.
