This bot has two jobs:
1) upload all reddit comments that receive n or more gilds to a subreddit
2) leave only 1 comment on the highest gilded reddit comment of the day and no others

current independant variables:

username/pass of the bot
subreddit the bot submits to
comment that gets posted
poll rate
threshold n for gilds


tested on python 2.6.5
