Add package.json for npm usage

As a JS programmer, I'd like to be able to use hterm via npm. Right now it is not clear to me how to use hterm without using git submodules. It would be great if there was a package.json so that we could `npm install macton/hterm` instead of relying on less user-friendly packaging.
