enh: ELK stack configuration

Expected Behavior

APM-server and Metricbeat are disabled in default installation. Ouath configuration is deleted.

Current Behavior

We use an umbrella helm chart to install ELK-stack. Some sub-charts are enabled, some are disabled by default. Now it installs next components:

• apm-server
• elasticsearch
• filebeat
• kibana
• metricbeat

However, installing APM-server and Metricbeat provides additional functionalities. They aren't necessary for basic installation.
Also, Kibana has a configuration for OAuth, but there isn't OAuth installation.
