feat: move bottlerocket form worker groups to managed node groups

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version
• I checked the documentation and found no answer
• I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Expected Behavior

Bottlerocket node group is managed by AWS: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/launch-node-bottlerocket.html

Current Behavior

Bottlerocket is running on self-managed node groups using custom userdata template file
