Linting and docs plugins

We should include plugins for linting code and generating documentation, such as:

• JSHint
• JSCS
• CSS linting
• JSDoc (recipe in docs)
• Plato
• Styledocco

Another linters are very project-specific and should be implemented as addons/recipes
