This pull request fixes a bug in the Customer Lockbox license detection by correcting the Service Plan ID. The previous ID (c1ec4a95-1f05-45b3-a911-aa3fa01094f5) was actually for Microsoft Intune Plan 1, not Customer Lockbox. The correct Service Plan ID for Customer Lockbox Enterprise (LOCKBOX_ENTERPRISE) is 9f431833-0334-42de-a7dc-70aa40db46db.

- Updated Service Plan ID for Customer Lockbox from the incorrect Intune ID to the correct Customer Lockbox Enterprise ID
- Updated the comment documenting the Service Plan ID
