Summary: add SOUL and TOOLS template workflows, new business-development and operations templates, docs/runbook updates, flexible agent roles, and Notion execution guardrails to prevent sessions_send misuse. Also updates example/default model references to openai/gpt-4.1-mini for current runtime stability and normalizes scott_augustine telegram account naming. Validation: bun test (24 pass). Safety: no secrets added; only NOTION_API_KEY placeholder added to .env.example.
