Page builder loses links on content text

Links are only accepted with copy + paste by the page builder if it was opened as modal.
I think this is a bit complicated and confusing when handling the content.

Thank you for your report and collaboration.

We attempted to reproduce the issue in our latest version 2.4 develop but were unable to do so. Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to the Magento admin.
• Navigate to Content > Pages.
• Click on Edit with Page Builder.
• Drag and drop the Row and drag and drop the Text
• Enter text and select the text to add the link and follow the below provided document to insert a link

We did not encounter any issues here. Could you please recheck in the latest version of Magento and let us know if we are missing any steps to reproduce this issue?

We have successfully tested the copy and paste functionality in a text editor and its working as expected, Kindly refer to the provided screen recording.

Thanks for your work on that I can't repoduce it under Magento ver. 2.4.7-p4 either. But the ticket has been open for 4 years now 😆

I assume that it has already been fixed in that time. Therefore we can close the ticket.
