feat: add collapsible accordion sections to editor layout (#895)

Description

Reorganized the editor controls in VideoEditor.tsx into collapsible accordion sections for a cleaner, less overwhelming UI. Each section has a clickable header with a chevron that toggles visibility. Collapse/expand uses Tailwind max-height transitions — no new dependencies added. All existing component logic is unchanged.

Sections added:

• Resize & Aspect Ratio — PresetSelector + FramingControl (open by default)
• Trim — TrimControl
• Rotation — RotateControl
• Audio & Speed — AudioSpeedControl
• Export — ExportSettings
