Implements Mastodonfeature as mentioned in #1802
"Toot" button will be shown in the QSO-Details if User sets "his" Mastodonserver in Accountsettings.
Since Mastodon is decentralized there's not "the one" url for feediverse.
Also implemented that in "Add User".
