Smooth Cursor Component

This PR adds a new SmoothCursor component to MagicUI, providing a highly customizable, physics-based cursor animation.

Features

  • 🎯 Smooth physics-based cursor animations with spring effects
  • 🔄 Rotation effects based on cursor movement direction
  • ⚡ Performance optimized with requestAnimationFrame
