- Cmd+W now works. The optional Cmd+W handling never quit any app (#3): when an app's last window closed, the window count came back as 0 but flagged "ambiguous", which suppressed the quit. SmartClose now checks the window count just before Cmd+W and reliably quits when the single remaining normal window is closed. Thanks @sohate for the detailed report + logs.
