Prepare Google Timeline Visualizer for GSoC 2027

I suggest that Google Timeline Visualizer apply to become a GSoC organization for 2027.

The project is already actively developed and has enough scope for contributors to work on areas like Timeline processing, visualization, rendering/export, performance, testing, and the web/Python implementations.

It would be good to start preparing for the 2027 application.

thank you for the suggestion. I will think this over, but I am not sure since I am not very familiar with code actually, and I wish to keep this a fun and light, burden-free project :)
