This initial release includes framework-agnostic middleware functionality to be used in server-side routers. The module currently exposes functions to compose context-aware middleware that provide the guarantees of strict type checking.

Future releases will extensively improve upon documentation and automated tests, which are currently left as an exercise for the reader.
