Missing Changelog #40

Mailjet tech support directed me to create an issue here:
We use the mailjet python library on a number of production systems. A changelog would be useful since we'll know exactly what changed in the library between versions. Currently, we have no quick way of knowing what changed in the recent minor version updates and if it is safe to update the library on our different environments.
