- Updates conduct_tool to return dictionary of results
- Improves require_json_output in Anthropic models to more reliably produce json results
- Improves parser to handle comments before json response
- Updates llm and task to use same central parser in utils
- Ruff format on llm and task
- Updates orchestration and conduct tool to use central logger instead of print statements
- Bump version to 0.0.29
