Translated the following files: - README.it.md to Italian - README.ru.md to Russian - README.fr.md to French
Updated the `mariadb_support.md` and `mysql_support.md` files to reflect the latest end-of-life information from endoflife.date. Added new versions and updated the status of existing versions based on the latest data.
Translate READMEs
Updated the support status of several MariaDB versions to 'Outdated'.
Updated the support status and end of support dates for MySQL versions.
