Highlights
- A service to send learned tuya-local
remotecommands via otherinfraredemitter entities is now available and working. - a protocol 3.4 specific partial revert of communication behaviour to try to minimize the risk of the devices going into their non-communicative mode locally.

Breaking changes
- camera entities are now deprecated. Streaming video has never worked locally, and the few cameras that supported still images return very grainy postage stamp sized thumbnails. Other camera controls are easier to use as separate entities. All existing cameras now have additional entities to expose the camera controls.
