still needs to use a different title for Term pages
Fixes #6 and a whole lot of other stuff relative to RFC 5545.
Using lunr.js inside a WebWorker. Pretty fast & cool. Should be scalable. Maybe use a SharedWorker in the future? Had to refactor the vendor assets download. Now all downloaded resources are in either assets/vendor or static/vendor folders.
This finishes the initial implementation of the search feature. Fixes #2.
