import members from old mhvdb

For version 1.0 we need to import the current and expired members from the old database and set their member expiry date (which is based on agreement with rules and code of conduct, not payments).

Does somebody have access to a current version of the data? Happy to take
a look at an import script.

We'll need to decide on a production db server before the script can be
written.

I've added a csv export of current members from mhvdb makehackvoid/mhvdb@640bbb6
that we can use to export the members, then clean up the data. Still need a member import from csv for mhvdb2.

@cmrn & @jamiereid - I think we should add a field for the old mhvdb member id to the new database so we can match up old members?

Easy enough to do; what's the use case? Is it around linking back to payments and other historical data?
