Summary

I would like to request a feature that I find missing in many project management tools: the ability to export task details along with their associated comment details.

Here’s the context:

Sometimes an task is recorded and updated continuously with the latest status or progress. Each update often contains important details about those changes. I found the only place to document these updates is in the comments section, as comments not only capture the update details but also include the corresponding timestamps.

However, when generating Exports later, it not export the comments sections which including all the important progress updates. It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to export the task details together with all the comments in a format such as CSV or Excel. This would allow user to easily generate a complete progress timeline report for each task.

Why should this be worked on?

I hope this feature can be considered for future updates, as it would greatly enhance reporting capabilities and streamline project management workflows.
