[UI] Low contrast in card text across all themes

I noticed that the text inside the cards has low contrast in some themes, especially in High Contrast modes (both Light and Dark). This makes the text hard to read and could be a problem for accessibility. In the High contrast modes, the issue seems to be the usage of a background-color instead of a border.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the home page of an existing workspace.
2. Scroll down to the widgets section where cards are displayed.
3. Test the visibility of the card text by switching between different themes (Light, Dark, High Contrast).

Hello, I'd like to work on this issue, but I couldn't find how to switch from the light theme to other themes. Should the theme switching happen based on my browser settings, or is it a built-in feature in Plane?

The theme toggler is a bit hidden, but you can change the theme by pressing CTRL + K and searching for theme
