[feature]: Alert when creating a work item without properties

Summary

• user should be able to confirm creating a work item with 0 properties (Only the work item title)
• Alert should follow the graphic chart of the platform

Why should this be worked on?

It's better to let the user know that he could make use of the properties that come with the work item or doing an extra step to confirm the work item with 0 properties.

@seifknani Hi, thank you for bringing this up. Currently, the platform does not allow users to create a Work Item with zero properties, as a default state is always selected. Given this, the change you made might never be triggered. However, please let me know if you have a different perspective.

@pushya22 thank you for responding, i didn't know that there was a default state that was set when creating a work item. However, this feature could be used as a way to debug the work when navigating the platform.
