[bug]: Deleted Stickies reappear on page reload

Current behavior

When I delete a sticky, either on the "Stickies" page or on the "Home" page. a confirmation pops up. When I confirm deletion, the sticky note disappears, and a message in the bottom right tells me that the sticky has been deleted.
When I reload the page or later return to the page, the deleted sticky has returned

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new sticky and write something
2. Delete the sticky
3. Reload the page, the deleted sticky will still be there

Hi, I've submitted a fix for this.

The root cause was the deleteSticky store action only restoring stickies[id] on failure, but not re-adding the ID back to workspaceStickies making the sticky invisible in the list until page reload. I've also fixed the success toast showing even when the API call failed.
Also add trailing slash on the deleteStickies API call, to prevent unnecessary 301 redirect
