[bug]: Collapsible sub-tasks require three clicks to expand

Current behavior

When attempting to expand a sub-task juste afted loading the page, (e.g., Sub-task 1.1 here) to view its sub-sub-tasks, the first two clicks do not register or open the dropdown. We must click the expand chevron button exactly three times for the sub-tasks content to successfully deploy and become visible.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the expand chevron button a single time should instantly deploy and display the underlying sub-tasks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Locate a sub task that contains sub-sub-tasks
2. Click to expand the main task => works well
3. Click to expand the sub-task => nothing happens, but the chevron appear like if it was deployed
4. Click the chevron a second time.=> it tries to collapse, so nothing
5. Click the chevron a third time => the sub-tasks finally expand and display correctly.
