My current thought is that we likely should jsut delete pa, then implement some sort of warning/annunciator feature that works in conjunction with Fix Gateway to make audio and visual warnings along with ways to disable/supress warnings

This fixes a few bugs, removes some legacy code and gets us to 100% code coverage.
