Reduced the number of API requests needed to fetch user information:

• Before: $2 \cdot members$ (which resulted in >600 requests for us)
• Now ~3 (constant) in best case (most common); and $1 \cdot members$ in worst case (one request for each member that isn't in any group - which doesn't happen that often)

Dry run worked fine (tested with adding users, removing users and adding/removing groups).

But I would need to look into how "resetted" accounts work for the new API endpoint. It won't work if we don't get a phone number to match against the user in the database.

Edit: "resetted" accounts do not show up, so we're good to go.
