Opened #55 with a measured spec sheet for the drive wheel module.
I have an aftermarket Roborock S5 Max-family module on the bench (CDM
GM-RS360-16248motor),so I opened it up and measured the things that were still open:
Careful: this is not the usual industrial colour convention, brown is not +. This
confirms the mapping @Scowt had flagged as tentative.
not the ~32 poles previously assumed — the two items @OsakaTX listed as needing physical
access.
One honest caveat: I counted the encoder edges by hand with a multimeter, no scope. That
makes 4 pole pairs a lower bound, and the reconciliation above can't separate it from 8 pole
pairs with both-edge counting. If someone has a scope handy, one shaft revolution on the
blue line settles it — and it halves or confirms the mm-per-edge figure.
Also still open and easy for anyone with the same module: the wheel-drop sensor (markings
MG01-13/5P30-M55-W8W, needs nothing but a multimeter), motor currents, and the moduleconnector model.
