Ag3.9 public release numbers differ

In http://malariagen.github.io/vector-data/ag3/ag3.9.html -- 3,639 mosquitoes are mentioned; however, in https://www.malariagen.net/data_package/ag39-anopheles-gambiae-data-resource/ 3,571 ones are mentioned. This is most likely a mix up with numbers from literature sets, but would be great to get these to match and show the actual number.

The sum of the sample counts further down is 3571. I have checked and it showed the exact same sample counts on 8 April 2024 when the page was first created. I assume 3639 is a typo (it was also there when the page was created), though I am not sure where it came from. I'll update the page.

I also saw that the page says "The samples included in Ag3.9 have been organised into 6 sample sets." which is incorrect: there are 6 different studies but 10 different sample sets. I have checked that, in the pages for previous releases, we counted sample sets and not studies (e.g., 3.4 has 2 studies but says that the data is organised in 7 sample sets, which is correct) and that literature sample sets are counted as separate sample sets (e.g., 3.7 contains 7 new sample sets and 2 literature sample sets and says that the data is organised in 9 sample sets).

For the record, the page for 3.10 also says that "The samples included in Ag3.10 have been organised into 6 sample sets." when there are only 4 sample sets, and the page for 3.11 says that "The samples included in Ag3.11 have been organised into 6 sample sets." when there are only 2 sample sets. We started counting sample sets correctly again from 3.12 onwards.
