… and user processors - Updated global state access methods to use `globalstate_get` and `globalstate_write_with_realloc` for better memory management. - Enhanced instruction tests for `DoubleZeroInstruction` to cover all operations including create, update, delete, and state changes for devices, exchanges, locations, tunnels, and users. - Added new global state module to encapsulate related functions. - Improved test coverage for various instructions to ensure correctness and consistency.
