Per-window keyboard layout (remember layout per window)

Hello!

It would be great to have an option to remember the keyboard layout/group per window, so switching between windows automatically restores the layout used in that specific application.

In minimal Wayland compositors, users often have to rely on external engines like Fcitx5 to achieve this, but having native support (like "remember_layout_per_window" in Hyprland) would be an incredible quality-of-life feature for multi-lingual users.
