Fixed hard drive password check error for issue #10 , thank you @humm3r1 for identifying this.
Modified hard drive password check to allow input of a different password than DiskSlaw uses for unlocking the drive.
Modified the post wipe script to show the result csv and machine motherboard serial number/asset tag.

• In basic circumstances obvious issues don't occur
• Support for netboot without needing Debian live DVD kernel and initrd
• Disabled laptop switch, which would cause the computer to go to sleep and never wake up
• Fixed security erase breaking the dialog display
• Added wwid to default output, replaced the details field which was always cut off
