• Bumps the rHP-Pandas dependency to ^0.2 (from ^0.1) as this restriction prevented both raster2dggs and vector2dggs being installed together due to the incompatibility. (A v0.x difference in semver indicates a major incompatibility due to instability, but in this case the difference is not actually major. rhppandas should perhaps be released as v1.0)
